CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read all policies prior to scheduling. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. • All cancellations and rescheduling must be done no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Late or same-day changes will result in a 30% fee that must be paid before your next appointment. • No-call/no-shows may result in an automatic fee of 100% of the booked service price. Failure to pay may result in a ban from further booking. Multiple no-shows will result in a ban from further booking. • There is a 15 minute grace period for each appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled and a 30% fee. Business policies are not personal. Thank you for respecting them!
