CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved for you. This business depends on honoring your, and all of our clients, time. Please review our polices below. You agree to these policies when booking. You will receive a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment time where you will be able to cancel or reschedule. • All cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Late or same day rescheduling will result in a 30% fee that must be paid before our next appointment. • There will be a 15 minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is considered a late reschedule; a 30% fee may incur. That fee will need to be paid before our next appointment. • No call no shows may be an automatic fee of 100% of the booked service price. Failure to pay may result in a ban from any further booking.
